Product Description

This 1.44-inch TFT LCD display module features a resolution of 128×128 pixels, adopting a transmissive, normally white LCD type. Driven by the ST7735V3 IC and connected via a SPI-4 interface, this compact screen delivers stable performance with low power consumption. The wide operating temperature range (-20°C to 70°C) and RoHS compliance make it ideal for industrial and smart embedded systems.

The module includes a white LED backlight, providing a brightness range from 180 to 300 cd/m², and supports crisp and vibrant color output. Our standard lead time is around 3-4 weeks for mass production. For samples, lead time can be as fast as 7-10 working days, depending on stock and customization level.

5. What is the operating temperature range?
