I met huaersheng at the German exhibition in 2016 and I just left a contact at that time. Although the other party has been following up on our cooperation our company has a strict supplier review process. From 2016 to 2019 we did not have any cooperation. During this period we will still participate in every electronica in Germany and huaersheng has always been an exhibitor and every time they politely send emails asking us to visit their booth.Until 20 years the supplier we cooperated with had a problem and we were told that the goods for Christmas could not be delivered. If the goods could not be delivered on time we would lose nearly 100000 US dollars. As a last resort we tried to talk to huaersheng and finally started our first cooperation with huaersheng. Although we tried to order large quantities for the first time we had no choice. In the end we were pleasantly surprised that huaersheng not only has an advantage in price but also is very skilled in quality control. What I admire most about huaersheng is their attitude towards details each of them seems to be pursuing perfection. I have visited the huaersheng factory many times. They are very busy and the business is very good. Every time I go to China I like to visit their factory. What I value most is quality. Whether it is my own products or the products they produce for other customers the quality needs to be good so as to reflect the strength of this factory. So every time I have to go to their production line to see the quality of their products I am very happy that their quality is still so good after many years and for different markets their quality control is also closely following the market changes .

While working with huaersheng I just started my import business. My friend told me to find suppliers on Alibaba but everything seems not so simple. I first found a supplier on Alibaba the price was very attractive and I ended up with a bunch of garbage. After working with huaersheng what I appreciate the most is the company’s patience with customers. I remember one time because of my problem there was a problem with the bill of lading and I couldn’t clear the customs. The goods worth tens of thousands of dollars were detained in the customs. This loss is for me. The newly established company really couldn't afford it. At that time I was very anxious. At this time huaersheng helped us keep in touch with the freight forwarder and helped me bring the goods out at the customs deadline. Huaersheng always emphasizes that when a problem arises it should be dealt with as soon as possible and after the problem is solved it is time to care about who is right and who is wrong. Now we have been cooperating for two years and my company is developing well now. I am grateful to huaersheng.
